Demo involves roughly 30 minutes of education and 60 minutes of ride time on the water. Sessions take place in the lower Willamette River, location varies based on condition.

** Efoils sales and demos are currently only avaiilable at the Oregon City Active Water Sports

Flite AIR Hull

The Flite AIR inner hull is made of a ridged foam core housing a sealed compartment to house/protect the battery and connects the hull to the mast.  The innovative design of the Flite AIR’s inflatable outer hull is highly durable, and its flexibility provides additional protection of the inner hull/battery from minor bumps and prevents some minor impact damage more than a fiberglass or carbon fiber hull.  The AIR’s outer hull also helps prevent digging your boat’s finish if you launch your Flite AIR from your boat.

Flite Air Mast/Propulsion Unit Options

The mast on Flite boards houses the electric motor and connects the board to the front wing and rear stabilizer.  The length and style of your mast will affect the quality of your ride based on your experience level and style of riding. Most Flite AIRs come with a 60cm or 75cm mast/propulsion unit. While the 60cm is more beginner friendly, 75cm is the most popular mast length, because it enables you to soar higher above the water, avoiding rough conditions, and allows for more extreme turning angles. Talk to Nash about which mast will work best for your size, experience level, riding style, wing choice, etc...

Battery Options

At AWS, all preconfigured AIR PRO E-foils come equipped with the sport battery (a $300 upgrade) to maximize your ride time (90-minute ride time compared to 45-minutes on the Nano). The larger sport battery enables you to explore larger areas and enjoy extended sessions with fewer stops to recharge. Customer feedback has shown us that the extended ride time (from the larger battery) is the highest rated upgrades on Flite E-foils.

Flite e-foil battery options
* The larger Explore battery is available with 150 minutes of ride time, but the added weight will affect the responsiveness of your ride.

Wing & Stabilizer

Stocked configuration units mainly come with the Cruiser Jet 1500 front wing and 300 stabilizer offering a stable package to learn on, further skill progression than the Cruiser 1100, and more efficiency than most wings in the Flite lineup. Options for other wings and stabilizer options are available.

There are hundreds of options to customize a Flite AIR PRO to match your experience, size, and riding style.  Nash is happy to help you figure out the best configuration for your needs.  Nash is also available for on the water Flite board demos between March and September.

Lowest Price on Flite boards

Flite pricing is locked by the manufacturer.  But Active Water Sports is uniquely positioned to provide the lowest prices on Flite boards relative to our competitors due to:

  • No sales tax – Oregon has no sales tax.  So, if you plan to buy a Flite AIR starting at $6,995, and sales tax in Washinton ranges from 6.5% to 10.25% in some parts of Seattle.  So, if you drive down from Washington, you’ll save $454 to $874 in sales tax on the lowest priced Flite AIR model.

  • AWS Flite Demo Program Reimbursement – Up to $600 (2 Flite Demo classes @ $300/class) will be reimbursed if you buy a Flite board from Active Water Sports. Flite Demo classes are highly recommended for all new riders. The demo class explains all the necessary safety information, teaches you how to care for your Flite board, and enables you to get the most out of your investment.
